  • Managing approx. 17 FTE (Incl. Volume – recruitment, IT recruitment and HQ roles)
  • Scope volume recruitment: 26.000 roles
  • Scope IT and HQ roles: +/- 500 positions a year
  • Built the IT Recruitment team (3 FTE)
  • Set-up the recruitment & budget plan for 2019
  • Hunted and hired my successor
