As Manager Recruitment & Employer Branding (Interim) I was responsible for:
- Managing approx. 17 FTE (Incl. Volume – recruitment, IT recruitment and HQ roles)
- Scope volume recruitment: 26.000 roles
- Scope IT and HQ roles: +/- 500 positions a year
- Built the IT Recruitment team (3 FTE)
- Set-up the recruitment & budget plan for 2019
- Hunted and hired my successor
